EV普普通充電器　4台分設置。

2025年11月4日よりミライズエネチェンジEV普通充電器が利用可能になりました。宿泊ご利用の方は無料で利用できます。

ご利用前に必ずフロントに声をおかけください。15時から翌朝9時までの時間帯は宿泊者優先になります。

宿泊者以外のご利用は電気代の他に、1時間500円の駐車場代がかかります。（コーヒー無料サービス）

一晩留め置く場合は1500円の駐車場代がかかります。

​冬季・積雪時のご利用に関して。

※必ずお守りください。車が動けなくなります。

妙高高原は豪雪地帯です。当館は妙高高原でも難所に位置しています。

 

サンモリッツ・ペンションエリアの看板（右の写真・雪で埋まって見えなくなっている場合有）の急坂を下る前に必ず電話してください。

4輪駆動車にスタッドレスタイヤを装着していないと登れません。他に道はありません。下れても帰れなくなります。前輪駆動車の場合は金属チェーンを必ず装着してください。簡易チェーンやゴムチェーンでは動けなくなります。後輪駆動車では入って来れません。夕方以降は降雪があっても妙高市の除雪作業は行われません。車高が高い4輪駆動車でも雪が車体に詰まって動けなくなる可能性があります。

 

翌朝の除雪の障害になるため、車両の路上放置はできません。地域の迷惑になるので絶対におやめください。牽引を依頼する場合は別途5000円以上費用がかかります。尚JAFにレッカーを依頼しても当日に救援に来ない場合がありす。

急坂を下るので除雪が行われたばかりの時や気温が異常に下がっている場合は、路面が磨かれていてスタッドレスタイヤを装着していてもブレーキが効かない場合があります。どんなに雪道に慣れていても危険ですので、無理しないでください。

レンタカーご利用の方へ

日本のレンタカー会社の中には、タイヤチェーンの装着やチェーン規制区間への乗り入れを禁止している場合があります。
また、約款で「タイヤチェーンやキャリアの取扱い・装着不備による損害は借受人の責任とする」と定めている会社もあり、チェーン装着が実質的に制限されている場合があります。

さらに、冬季オプション案内において「チェーンオプションは全国で取り扱っていない」旨を明記しているレンタカー会社もあり、そもそもチェーンを装着可能なオプションを提供していないケースもあります。

したがって、当館にお越しの際に四輪駆動でないレンタカーをご利用の場合は、必ず事前にレンタカー会社へチェーン装着の可否や冬季装備の内容を確認してください。

An AC normal EV charger is available at Pension Altopiano Myoko.

From November 4, 2025, the Miraizu Enechange AC Normal EV Charger is available for use.
Guests staying at the pension can use it free of charge.

Please make sure to contact the front desk before using the charger.
Between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., the charger is reserved for overnight guests only.

For non-staying visitors, an additional parking fee of 500 yen per hour will be charged,
in addition to the electricity cost. (Free coffee service available.)

If you wish to park your car overnight, a parking fee of 1,500 yen will be applied.

Information on use during winter and snowy conditions.
Be sure to follow the rules. Failure to do so may cause your vehicle to get stuck.

Vehicles without winter tires ( studless tires) cannot climb this road, even if they are four-wheel drive.
There are no alternative routes. Even if you manage to drive down, you may not be able to return.

For front-wheel-drive vehicles, metal snow chains are required.
Simple or rubber chains will not work, and your vehicle will get stuck.
Rear-wheel-drive vehicles cannot access this area at all.

After evening hours, snow removal by Myoko City is not carried out, even if it is snowing.
Even high-clearance 4WD vehicles may become stuck due to snow packing under the body.

Do not leave your vehicle on the road overnight, as it will obstruct snow removal operations in the morning.
It also causes trouble for local residents, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
If towing is required, an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will be charged.
Please note that even if you call JAF (Japan Automobile Federation), assistance may not arrive on the same day.

Since the road is a steep downhill, when snow has just been cleared or temperatures are extremely low,
the surface becomes polished and slippery, and brakes may not work properly even with winter tires.
No matter how experienced you are at driving in snowy conditions, it is very dangerous—please do not take risks.

Information for Visitors Arriving by Rental Car

Some car rental companies in Japan prohibit the use of tire chains or driving on roads where chains are required.
In addition, certain rental agreements state that any damage caused by the use or improper installation of chains is the renter’s responsibility, effectively restricting their use.

Furthermore, many companies clearly note in their winter option guide that “tire chain options are not available nationwide,” meaning that some rental offices do not provide vehicles equipped for chain installation at all.

Therefore, if you plan to visit our facility during the winter season with a rental car that is not four-wheel drive, please make sure to confirm in advance with your rental company whether tire chains are permitted and what kind of winter equipment is included.
